Message After doing a thorough search here between the Woody and SilverTwin short shifters, they both came back with great reviews. So I emailed both and asked for a pricing and shipment. Tim (SilverTwin) happened to email be back first so I just went with his. His pricing was also lower of the two: $55 shipped compared to $75 shipped with Woody's shifter.
Communication was great and it was shipped to my house in about a week from payment.
Here are the before and after pics.

I've read posts about people describing how their Z's felt like totally different cars and I couldnt imagine how thats possible from just a shifter. I was completely wrong.
The shifts feel much more solid and more direct. The shift from 4th to 5th no longer feels like I'm giving my arm a stretch.
IMO, its worth every penny and gives an all new driving feel for the car.

One question though. I couldnt get the upper dust boot to fit back on. Has anybody else just left theirs off?
